The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the train station and right next to the coastline. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The tea and coffee making facilities were a nice touch.

On the bright side, the hotel's location was ideal for business travelers, as it was conveniently located near the beach, train station, and Southend Airport. guests enjoyed the proximity to the seafront, where they could take leisurely walks and enjoy the calming view. the hotel offered a range of facilities, including a kitchenette and separate bathroom and bedroom space, providing guests with comfort and convenience during their stay.
The hotel lacked in cleanliness, with dirty cutlery and crockery, uncomfortable and unclean beds, and a bathroom in dire need of repairs.

I recently had a delightful stay at a hotel near the beach. The hotel was incredibly good value for money, with reasonable prices for the amenities provided. The attention to detail was impressive, with rooms that had balcony and a view. Despite a couple of stains on the bedsheets, overall the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the seafront after a long day at the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our basic amenities were taken care of. And to top it off, breakfast was included in the price, making it a truly satisfying stay.
